    Outstanding piece of equipment
I’ve been using the FAITIO Twister Arm Exerciser for a few weeks now, and it’s quickly become a staple in my upper body workouts. This tool is deceptively simple but delivers a serious burn across the chest, triceps, and forearms. The adjustable resistance is a standout feature it lets me progressively challenge myself without needing multiple pieces of equipment. The build quality is solid and feels durable during intense sessions. The ergonomic grips are comfortable and prevent slipping, even when I start sweating. It’s also surprisingly versatile aside from chest and arm work, I’ve even used it for inner thigh squeezes and core stabilization movements. What I really appreciate is how compact it is. I don’t have a lot of space at home, so being able to get a solid upper body pump without bulky machines is a huge plus. It’s a great option if you’re looking to build strength or tone your muscles without a gym membership.Overall, I highly recommend this for anyone serious about building upper body strength at home. It’s affordable, effective, and doesn’t take up space exactly what I needed.

Does not include a guide on exercise variations
This adjustable spring workout bar is surprisingly effective for targeting multiple muscle groups including forearms, triceps, chest, and even inner thighs. It provides a solid upper body workout that feels efficient and straightforward. I keep my routine simple, focusing on one-minute exercises, and I’m done within 10 to 15 minutes while still feeling the burn. While the equipment itself works well, I was disappointed that no instructions were included. For the price, a basic guide on exercise variations should have been provided. I had to search for another similar machine and take pictures just to figure out different ways to use it. That extra step shouldn’t have been necessary. If you’re already familiar with spring resistance bars, this won’t be an issue but for newcomers, the lack of guidance is frustrating.

Have to use it not look at it.
Hey ,like any other gym apparatus it works only if you use it.Now , it’s well made and does what it says ,are there better ones out there ,yes of course ,but there’s also worst ones too,so this is about in the middle for quality.I suggest getting the lower poundage if starting out as it really is a workout.Comes in handy and doesn’t take up much space ,just throw it flat up against wall or wherever. It’s a buy but try to get on sale or with coupon which happens a lot.

    Good idea in theory
I stay in hotels fairly frequently and I thought this would be good to carry along. It is a good size and design. It is pretty sturdy, but there are a few exercise where it is just not comfortable.

Since a couple of years, I’m in bad shape in terms of abdominal muscles and I got a quite round belly I would like to make disapear and that’s where this Twister Arm Exerciser becomes super pertinent. It’s also a good daily exerciser.Let’s look at my global evaluation :Pros :- It’s super mega sturdy. I have no doubts you can keep this working well for years .. maybe decades.- The foam texture of the handles is very pleasant to grab and feels very durable. No cheap foams.- It’s tough enough to bend so it adds enough challenge. I’ll just have to keep it bended longer if I grow my muscles.- You can set 2 positions for each side of the device, making it longer or shorter depending on the type of workout.- It can be useful to have 4 handles instead of just 2. It allows more complex moves and it’s true I like it.- The instruction sheet suggesting many different positions was very relevant to me.Cons :- Sometimes , it’s a bit tough to change the size of the bars. I must press pretty deep for the bar to move and it can take a second or two to unlock the dispositive sometimes. Conclusion :I was very surprised by the quality level of this. I think that with my age in the 40’s, I could die before I need to change it and I feel it’s comfortable to hold. It’s also comfortable when I press one end of it against my body to create leverage.Considering the many points exceeding my expectations , I would recommend it to my friends without being shy.Good job !

After noticeably losing muscle tone in my arms, lats, legs, and back, both in terms of strength and appearance; I was looking for a way to rebuild some of that strength at home. The “Twisting Arm Exerciser” caught my attention as a versatile option that seemed easy to use. Thankfully, based on intuition and positive reviews, it turned out to be a great decision so far.It targets a range of muscle groups, especially my back, and can be used while standing or sitting. One thing to note is the springs, they’re high-strength metal, making them durable, but be cautious when adjusting the resistance. The handle has anti-slip foam, which helps with grip, but the springs can be intense, so be mindful of the tension levels you’re working with. I also appreciate that the resistance is customizable, so you can adjust the intensity if it gets too ‘easy’ for you. ; ) I haven’t increased the weight yet, but I plan to as I continue using it. Never say never, right? ; )I can also find videos online using this exact exerciser to help with a routine, which is awesome. It looks harder than it is, so don’t be intimidated if you’re a beginner DIY user of these types of devices (like me). This twister can be hung on a door or placed behind one for easy access, and it’s portable enough to take with you if you work out elsewhere. Overall, it’s a practical, no-nonsense tool for getting muscle back into my routine without the need for a gym membership.

At the time, this 80-110lb twister bar by ‘FAITIO’ is $80. It is good quality though that feels pricey. The metal tubing feels solid and durable, the springs have a rubber sleeve so you don’t pinch yourself and there is padding, however this is the main con construction wise.To start, the padding smells chemically and leaves my hands smelling like it. It is just a cheap low-moderate density foam which I have a feeling will be prone to ripping/breaking down over time. This padding is quite uncomfortable on your forearms when using it for the chest based exercises. I feel like a higher density foam with a vinyl/PU leather type coating on it or a semi-soft but durable rubber/silicone for the grips/padding would both be far more durable and comfortable. The handles can clip in at two different points (about an inch difference) so the ‘adjustability’ aspect simply comes from shortening the unit by 1-2” and thus changing your leverage. I honestly don’t feel a significant difference when I change around the configurations, definitely not a 80lb vs 110lb difference. I was hoping the adjustability would be a bit more noticeably and progressively adjustable.80-110lb’s doesn’t sound like a lot for chest exercises but I was surprised at how much resistance it felt like. Though some of this may have been due to the bars destroying my forearms when I use it. I also tried the 20-60lb model, which felt a bit easy, but the units claim to provide 30-40lbs of adjustability that I barely feel, yet jumping from 60lbs->80lbs feels like 3x the challenge. So I’m not sure what the overall resistance is on this but it’s more intense than I anticipated.Overall it does work well for some pec focused exercises, some internal rotation focused exercises and some back engagement. You can play around with it to sort of do a few other exercises as well. Though this isn’t exactly a universal gym, it’s just one tool in the tool box that happens to be portable and easy to store. If you’re lacking an easy way to do flys/work medial pec, this isn’t a bad choice.
