What I need, when I need to sleep.
It works well. Just don’t take it too late. The effects will last an entire 8 hours with a normal dose.So if you only plan on only sleeping 5 hours, adjust the dose.

Sleep Like a Baby
I have been struggling with sleep for years now. My doctor finally prescribed Ambien, and I don’t like taking that all the time. I stayed at a friends house and she was taking this, and swears by it. I took it and 45-minutes later if not sooner I was out. I purchased the double pack and have been taking it for a week, and sleeping like a baby. I highly recommend this.
