Nicely written well structured book provided with relatable real life examples and detailed explanation of what could lead to chronic inflammation, what symptoms are associated with it, for example diabetes is one of the most common symptom of having chronic inflammation, a lot of other factors we might not be aware of, such as our diet and the consumption of large amount of sugar in our daily life. I like that it’s well written, very informative and thoughtful approach. Highly recommended!

The bonus seven day meal plan was didn’t take forever to make and the section on stress relief hacks offered quick things you can actually fit into a normal day.
