I was Skeptical
I was skeptical when I found this product, yet hopeful after reading some of the reviews. As a 47 y/o female, I have to admit that over the past 18 months or so, I may have enjoyed more than my share of adult beverages in the evening (responsibly), and it showed after getting my bloodwork results, which were not so great. Started taking the Nature’s Care Liver Support Cleanse and Detox in January, along with cutting back bad habits and walking more. Within the first 2 weeks or so, I found that I had more energy, and an over-all good feeling. The moment of truth…. Had my repeat bloodwork a few days ago, and the proof is in the pudding. Between making better decisions and this supplement, I’m back in good range.

I tried these supplements for a couple of months and noticed significant improvements in my midsection— a flatter stomach and less bloating. I felt great! I was loving the results until my kidney doctor and renal pharmacist advised me to stop taking them.Here’s why: “ according to the Natural Medicine Database, there is a lack of information on the benefits and harm for main ingredients of zinc, choline, and milk thistle. Although it may be safe, would not recommend use either.”For context, I have an autoimmune disorder, so this recommendation is specific to my situation. This supplement may be safe for others, but it wasn’t for me. I encourage you to consult your doctor before trying it.
