So far I am loving this detox + debloat by JS Health! I’ve always had a more sensitive stomach and bloating is something I’ve dealt with frequently. Good but has red dye as ingredient
They work great BUT, I took away a star because I don’t like them being red. Dye has to be added to achieve this color and there are several studies showing red dye is not good for our bodies.

If you are someone going thru menopause this helps so much with bloating. Does not taste terrible. Pill is average size of a vitamin. As with anything they say to take it consistently to have it work best.
