It works!
My husband and I struggled to have our second child for over 2 years. I knew I wasn’t “infertile” because we had a child before years before in the past. I have struggled all my life with irregular periods like anywhere from 60-120 days. I was put on birth control for it at a very young age to regulate my cycles and I actually ended up pregnant while on it with our first child. Within the last 6 months before starting FLO I feel like my cycles were more along the lines of 90+ days pretty frequently. It didn’t matter if I exercised or tried to eat healthier nothing worked to help regulate them. I was struggling with ovulating (which explains why we struggled for 2 years for our second child.) I tried many other vitamins and things people swore by to help with fertility/regulating cycles and nothing worked. I never felt any better at all or any changes. I saw FLO on tiktok for several months and thought “yeah whatever. I highly doubt its legit” just like all of the other things I had tried before. Well I finally was at a point where I didn’t know what else to do so I scheduled an OB appointment to try to figure out what was going on and why we were struggling for so long to get pregnant and at worse to see if they could regulate my cycles. They couldn’t see me for almost a month so I finally ordered these in the mean time to see if they would work. I took these for 3-4 weeks and had symptoms of ovulation which caused me to test for ovulation and the test came back positive. I then took an early response pregnancy test 10 days later and behold I was finally pregnant. I’m now 19 weeks pregnant with what appears to be a very healthy baby. I cannot confirm if these were the cause of regulating my ovulation BUT it is very strange I started these and after being irregular my entire life I all of a sudden ovulated when I was supposed to and would have had a regular cycle of 28-30 days if I hadn’t ended up pregnant. So I would recommend these. Also my overall well being felt so much better while taking these.

I have suffered with extremely heavy periods since the birth of my last daughter (3rd c-section) when I got a tubal ligation. It progressed from using super, to super plus, to the more recent ultra sized tampons with no end in sight. Many times I would fill an ultra tampon in 20 minutes. Not only was it painful due to the cramping and sucked in general to bleed until I was lightheaded every month, but it would last a full 7 days each time. I started taking Flo less than a month ago and saw a noticeable difference in my cycle this month. It was not as heavy, and I had less cramping. It is day three and I am already down to using a regular tampon, which I rarely use. It helped with pre-period bloating and helped control the cravings the week before. I am so thankful to have stumbled across this in my research and glad I took the time to try it. Flo has made a huge difference in my life. ❤️

These are the best vitamins I have purchased. I had a hysterectomy in 2025 and my hormones randomly seem unbalanced. The medications the Dr’s prescribed are not only expensive, but uncomfortable to used as well. This product truly changed me ! I feel like I have energy again, I’m less moody and stressed, my sex drive has gone back up, and my life enjoyment is back! I highly recommend these if you’re suffering from slight hormone imbalances

Fixing my irregular periods
I bought this on April 6th because my periods were so irregular after getting off birth control in July of 2024. My periods were every 40+ days for the last 2-3 months! Then today, May 12th, I had spotting!! 29 days after my last period! I’m hoping this leads to an actual period but it’s a start 🙂 very pleased with this product so far

It’s just okay for me…
I’m a little on the fence about this product.45 years old, been on it for 3 months so far.The main thing it’s improved is the extreme mood swings.4 stars just for that because when the emotions swing, they SWING.After taking this, I don’t get the intense feelings of rage or the super low lows that come with the fabulous hormones shifting.If I miss a dose, it’s immediately apparent.At first, I weaned myself onto it because I saw reviews saying it triggered migraines and I have chronic migraine. I did have one or 2 bouts with that after starting this, but it has not worsened after getting on the full dose.Haven’t noticed any difference in weight, and I’m a fairly active person. My weight still fluctuates and I seem to gain 5 lbs overnight, so that’s frustrating.Also haven’t noticed any difference in facial hair, in fact that seems to have gotten worse.It has seemed to help somewhat with hormonal bloating. Nothing really to write home about though.Also, slight improvement in hair shedding/regrowth.Everyone’s body is different and will react in different ways to supplements.Overall, the only reason I keep taking it is for the mood improvement because it’s exhausting feeling angry or stupidly sad for no good reason.
