    This is one of my favorite supplements I always have on hand since first use about 5 years ago.If killing off internal bugs w herbs or IVR/FenBen, this will absorb all the gunk and sweep it out. I take it 6-24 hours after kill off dose. I would never try a cleanse without it, it’s a noticeable support and superior product to any comparable “binder”.Eat something bad like tummy ache after crab legs? Take two and you are good to go. I use for my older kids often in any such upset stomach situations.

    This is a whole recommended diet regimen. Strict – no gluten, no dairy, no sugar for 4 weeks for proper results. You might get foul tastes in your mouth… might be pretty rough, but seems to work.
