I’ve tried every brand and this one has the best results for my husband and I. I’m so annoying to the people around me because I won’t shut up about this product. We’re on our 5th bottle, and it took a couple of days to kick in for us. The taste, smell and texture are lovely. I look forward to eating these before bed. Bonus points if you take it with magnesium glycinate if you want the best sleep of your life. I’m a server/mother and constantly under stress, but taking these help me react calmly and wake up happier.

Work great & taste great!
I am loving these supplements! I’ve noticed a vast improvement in my energy levels- and I’ve only been taking these for 3 days. I’ve also noticed I feel mentally sharper, can focus better, and I’m more relaxed/calm.I will say these have an odd affect on me, and that is that they do make me somewhat sleepy/drowsy, but also energized. It’s a very weird combination, and the drowsiness does wear off after about 45 minutes (give or take). Also, the drowsiness isn’t intense, so I am able to handle/manage it even while at work. I’m not sure how to get around this since, again, they DO give me energy- so taking them at at bedtime isn’t ideal. I’ll have to experiment to see what works best for me, and you may have to do the same if they affect you this way as well.

Excellent quality and very soft. Easy to swallow.I’ve noticed I am usually calmer when I do take them. As a stay at home mom of three Littles this is in my daily routine. I feel like I get excellent sleep with the little slip I do yet. I do notice a huge difference when I don’t take it at all in my sleep, energy and mood overall.

These helped me calm down a good bit and tasted very good, grape flavored and not the candy taste. Really soft gummies so it’s easy to chew and swallow. It genuinely reduced my stress and helped me keep my focus on things.

High quality natural product
I wanted to wait to see if I would re-order before leaving a review; yes I just re-ordered two bottles.Having tried different supplements, I was very skeptical, but what I found was nothing short of amazing.First off, they do not have that vitamin taste, you can taste the “natural”. The taste reminds me of a sour bluberry which I enjoyed. The gummies have a smooth texture but a little more sticky on my teeth and the size of the gummy is perfect with no difficulty swallowing; being gluten free, peanut free, and dairy free is an added bonus.This is not a product that you have to wait weeks for benefits, the benefits happened within 30-60 minutes. I took the suggested serving of 2 gummies and it was a bit much relaxed feeling for this 6 foot/235 pound man so the next day I only took 1 and it was perfect.If you are needing to “breath easy” I highly suggest this product.

Better than sleeping meds
I have horrible insomnia and was actually talking to my doctor about prescription sleep meds.She recommended I take specifically the Goli brand ashwaganda along with magnesium and melatonin instead.This stuff is ✨magic✨! I have really noticed a difference in the quality of my sleep patterns. I don’t know it if it’s my imagination, but it’s the only factor in my life that has changed, so I tribute it to Goli! I’m going to keep taking them. The smell though, is a bit offensive. The taste reminds me of a fig newton, not bad. For me the smell is worth the benefit!

Helps with brain fog and easy to take daily
I bought these to help with perimenopause symptoms, especially brain fog, and I feel like they have made a noticeable difference. I have more clarity and feel a bit more balanced throughout the day.The gummies taste good and are easy to take every morning. They do tend to stick together in the bottle, but that has not been a big issue for me.I have already purchased them again and will continue to keep them in my routine.
