Works great and safely scrapes without any damage on the tongue! Unlike other products that is made of plastic! The fact that it is made of metal, it can be easily cleaned and disinfect by using regular dishwashing soap and then put them in the dishwasher for extra sanitize and thorough cleaning by dry heat.
