Excellent resource
One of the best books about Holistic Care I have ever read!Excellent resource for information and techniques to help heal and/ or maintain good oral and overall health. As Holistic Principles teach us, the body is a whole, you can’t separate one part to the other. This book helps us realize that our oral health is closely related to the rest of our body.Highly recommended!

A MUST READ!
I am so thankful and happy that I found this book. I devoured this book as soon as it arrived staying up very late to read as much as possible. It was fascinating! My mom suffers from so many dental issues despite taking such good care of her teeth her entire life. This is in part what prompted me to buy this book. This book explains how everything we are taught is contradictory to good oral hygiene. It blew my mind. I have now been tending to my teeth in a whole new way and can’t believe the difference in such a short amount of time. My mouth feels so extra clean and already my teeth are brighter/whiter. Also, my teeth were always sensitive but right before this book arrived they were starting to hurt to brush which was new. I guess I got this at the perfect time because my teeth have not hurt or been sensitive. It’s been a week maybe less since I started this. My mom noticed a huge difference from the very first time. She brushed and did the routine laid out in this book and she said the next day her mouth felt better than ever. She usually wakes up with a bad taste in her whole mouth but said she work up feeling so clean and fresh before even brushing. Everyone needs to read this and tell everyone they know about it.

Natural, easy teeth and gum care
This book was kind of what I expected, and I loved it. It confirmed my suspicions from several years, wondering why we have an entire epidemic of tooth decay, constant need of professional dental care, and even crooked teeth in our modern times. As with everything, it all goes back to diet. The word “Holistic” in the title may scare some people off, but don’t let it. It just means that you can make and keep your teeth and gums function at optimum health by simply eating real, healthy foods. The secret is not in the right toothpaste, the amount of professional cleanings, or the sealants and fillers your dentist uses. The secret is in your overall bodily health. This is a quick little book to read; I finished it in one evening. It gives the WHY, WHAT, and HOW of natural dental care in simple terms. In fact, I plan to add this to my (homeschool) students’ reading list for high school, and explain it in simple terms for the younger children. The suggestions in this book are not going to be things you can’t implement or purchase; the general suggestions for healthy eating, and simple cleaning of the teeth and gums are all that’s required to repair or maintain your teeth and gums without unnatural chemicals or procedures.Highly recommended!

Before I discovered this book, I had searched for a natural and holistic products that would help my dental health (gums and teeth) naturally as well as easy to find products. This book is worth every penny that I spent on it!In this book, there are 19 totally useful helpful chapters in this book, and while I found them all very helpful for my dental health, these are the sections in the chapters that I found the MOST HELPFUL and worked right away to restore my dental health:Below are my favorite chapters in this book:+ Chapter 2 – Your Teeth Are Alive – Gums Turtlenecks for the Teeth—This explains how swollen gums, gum disease can be treated and gums restored to pinkness and health! This+ Chapter 8 – This has given great helps and what tools are needed to care for the gums (all with easy to use products).+ More on Chapter 8 – This has Self Dentistry in 8 steps for using at home. This is the chapter I use the most!+ Chapter 3 – The Truth About Toothpastes, Toothbrushes, and Mouthwashes. This helped me greatly as I never knew that was supposed to lightly apply a toothbrush again my teeth and gums! Also had not idea that commercial toothpastes are so harmful! The same with many commercial mouthwashes! This is a MUST HAVE BOOK on dental health in my opinion. And what I like the best is that I can follow the helpful guidelines at home. Have been doing so and they really work to help me with my dental health!
Happy Reader –
Thank you for this information packed book! My only regret is that I didn’t have this information in my awareness over 30 years ago when I was raising my children. Or even 6 years ago before I allowed a dentist to convince me that I should get caps on my back teeth because they were beginning to crack and would eventually break… now I have caps that don’t fit right in my mouth and not only bother my bite but also capture food in between in a way that I’d never experienced with my real teeth. It makes so much sense that I teeth, like the rest of our body, is alive and was designed for self-healing!
Designed in color scheme but printed in black & white. Most of the shapes and text at many places not clearly visible. –
Excellent book. Practical guide book with explanation to take care of gums and teeth.

I bought these 4 books recently:1.Cure Tooth Decay: Heal And Prevent Cavities With Nutrition2.Holistic Dental Care: The Complete Guide to Healthy Teeth and Gums3. The Dental Diet: The Surprising Link between Your Teeth, Real Food, and Life-Changing Natural Health4. Cure Gum Disease Naturally: Heal and Prevent Periodontal Disease and Gingivitis with Whole FoodsThey’re all good books in their own way. You actually just need one of books as they’re all quite similar. What I learned is you need fat soluble vitamins like K2, D3, A and calcium/magnesium. Protein is beneficial while too many carbohydrates/starches/fruits might hinder the healing process. All authors promote an animal-based diet while Ramiel Nagel calls the vegetarian diet as inferior while I personally have no judgment. All authors suggest to avoid refined grains and processed sugars. I personally enjoyed Holistic Dental Care a tad more due to its simplicity. All of these books will change the way you think, eat, act and essentially live. It was important for me to buy multiple books on the same topic so I can get a broader view on the serious matter at hand; doctors, dentists, and fashionable diets are not here to love and care for you. This will take you down to the dragon’s lair as you explore health.Skin healthHair healthNail healthMouth healthMental healthEmotional healthDigestive healthOrgan healthSpiritual healthPlanetary healthCosmic healthIn fact, health is just right under our nose and inside our mouths. Becareful what you put inside your gate/orifice/mouth and becareful what comes out of it with curses/words/oaths/jinxes/hexes.You always have a choice to eat or to fast, to take or to give and to die or to thrive. Poison can be packaged into the most delightful, enticing, sweet and creamy dessert. Resist the temptations. It will pass. Don’t feed the parasites/cravings.Be strong and be a warrior of health. You will heal. I will heal. We will heal.

Every family should own this book, summarises what should be used in replacement for commercial products that are riddled with chemicals & are not safe for our children. One specifically being children’s sealants which in fact leak a toxic plastic chemical. As a self taught herbalist I specially loved the Beneficial Botanicals chapter, citing botanical oils that provide optimal oral care that can be incorporated in our daily routine. Plantain did not make the list but we use plantain quite often as mouth rinses in our family. The Further reading & Resources final chapter ends with a poignant message in that we need to take our health into our own hands. A well written & easy to understand read.
