Daily mental health Journal
I looked over a lot of these because I wanted to make sure obviously that it fit my needs. There are so many out there but a lot of them only lasts like 2 weeks or a short period of time and I wanted to commit to a longer commitment of using this journal everyday. I’m really glad that I got this one. I will say this I didn’t expect to be challenged to go deeper and really look Within as I do with this book. That’s good and bad lol. Because sometimes you’re diving into something that makes you a little uncomfortable but the whole point is for strengthening and working with a more positive mental health. So I actually highly recommend it even if it makes you a little squeamish to have to talk about things you don’t want to. Because you will discover a lot about yourself and possibly that you’re much stronger than you thought you were. And I don’t think it’s a bad thing to learn more things about yourself as long as you’re very honest with who you are that’s how we grow. So I will probably get another one of these when I’m done with this one to continue on my healing path if I need to.
