I like the fact that these don’t give me a hangover effect the next day. They hope lull me to sleep.

Works very well!
I’ve tried two natural sleep aids so far. Midnite and Alteril. Alteril works well and, for me, is a bit milder than this one in terms of effect. Midnite knocks me out quickly and for the whole night. It is also significantly cheaper than Alteril.I’ve been taking this off and on for a number of years now. There is no grogginess in the morning and I haven’t noticed any ill effects. Sometimes, too much melatonin can make me irritable the next day, but this seems to be just the right amount. If you’re looking for a natural sleep aid, this is a good place to start.Other standalone supplements worth looking at for sleep are Apigenin, which is high potency chamomile extract, Phosphatidylserine which is a phospholipid that helps control cortisol and promotes relaxation, and L-Theanine which is helpful to calm down those of us with a million thoughts bouncing around our head at bed time. One can also obtain the individual ingredients in both this and Alteril and try their own hand at finding the perfect mix. I tried that and it was a worthwhile journey in terms of learning about the mechanisms of how they work, but in the end, I found it easier and cheaper to simply buy this.

Be in bed when you take these
I love this product. It is inexpensive and nd works as advertised. I have been using these melatonin tabs as needed for years. They are easy to pop out of their container. The cherry taste is very pleasant, kind of refreshing. Very good product and works gently with no morning hangover. Night, night.

GOOD SLEEP AID
VERY GOOD SLEEP AID. THERE ARE OTHERS ON THE MARKET THAT DO THE SAME. IF YOU FIND THESE FOR A BARGAIN PRICE I WOULD MOST DEFINELTY PICK THEM UP. OTHER THAN THAT, JUST LIKE ANY OTHER BRAND. NOTHING SPECIAL

Great product actually works
I was surprised how well this works. I was taking up to 20 mg of other brands and here this 1.5 mg worked so much better! High quality product. And it tastes good, too. Takes effect in about 30 min.

Sleep Aid
After comparing the 1.5mg to the long release variety, I prefer the 1.5meg better. It takes several 1.5mg to get me asleep but they don’t give me anxiety dreams!!! Lucid dreams can be fun and interesting as I remember them, but nightly anxiety dreams wears you down after awhile. Too exhausting with little rest.I’ve tried most of the melatonin pills on the market and have found MidNite has the right combination for me with no morning hangover.Compare the 1.5mg to the long last variety and decide for yourself. This is a total personal exploration as the variety and dosage is unique interaction with your hormones.

Works like a dream
These are so easy to use as they dissolve quickly in your mouth and with a great cherry taste. I fall right back to sleep when I take one in the middle of the night. I would definitely buy these again.

Works to well for me
I have a chronic pain disorder that makes me take pain killers all day and when I try to sleep it doesn’t usually happen because I’m still coming down from the pills. Once I finally crash I have a really hard time waking up and have been known to sleep 16 hours or longer if I’ve been taking the meds for several days in a row. I’ve been looking for something to help me sleep but won’t make it impossible to wake up after 5 or 6 hours to go to work. I decided to try these since they’re supposed to be a low dose and it only says 3 hours is needed between taking and waking up. Obviously everyone is different and their bodies will react differently to medication but holy cow there was a huge difference for me. I took one the first day off I had and slept through all 9 of my alarms and didn’t wake up until almost 11 hours later. I only woke up because my last alarm had been going off for about 4 hours and it finally managed to get through to me. I tried again the next day and managed to wake up after 10 hours which is still about double what I can sleep on the days I work. I didn’t allow myself to take any painkillers for the next 3 days (that was horrible) to make sure it wasn’t an issue with them and on the next day off I took another one and slept for about 10.5 hours. They do help me fall asleep faster, I usually toss and turn for an hour or three, and those three days are the first three days in about 8 years I didn’t wake up 30 times in the night so that was incredible. But I still sleep way to long and I’m out of it for about 30 minutes or so after waking up. That part is a lot better than any other sleeping pill I’ve tried though so that’s also a plus. I’ll probably still use them for my days off but I’ll have to keep looking for something to help on the days I work.
