I suffer from IBS constipation for years. And a growing dependency on glycerin suppositories. Anyway last week even the suppositories wouldn’t work. For a whole week I couldn’t go. Finally went to my gastric doctor. Recommended stoolsoftners and miralax. Tried It that wasn’t working. Then I saw the add for gentle detox. I had a 25 dollar gift card in my Amazon account. Said what the hell not costing me ordered it. Took one before bed. Next day I started seeing results. Second night last night I took another one. And as soon as I got up this morning I had to go. Then about a hour later I went again. Naturally no help from suppositories. And just smooth bowel movements. I have to add I take two colace stool sofners with the gentle detox capsule. They work beautifully together. And I can’t say it’s the stool softners that’s doing the job. Cause was doing nothing with the miralax. I will be ordering gentle detox again. Only thing I just wish it was a little cheaper 0.83 cents a pill is a bit high. But it works that’s the most important thing. And it justifies the price..

Great Detox
In my 77 years I have tried plenty of these type of elimination products.This one is so far the best.It is just as name implies. Gentle recurring bowel movements‼️And that is exactly what I needed‼️No gas or hurting.This one worked for me but may not be for everyone.

Cured my chronic constipation!!!!
After 20 plus years buying and taking, daily, everything for constipation that had high fiber content, from many pills a day, to Psyllium powders in liquid, many prunes daily, and when none of this would work, I would add 2 laxative Dulcolax pills, which would give me cramps throughout the day, but I had to take them after a couple of days of really bad constipation…you totally understand how horrible it is to have a DAILY battle with chronic constipation!!! 4 weeks ago I prayed to God, to direct me, miraculously to something that woud help. The same thing that I always entered on line for help with a good product in the market, this time it showed me as #1 product something totally new to me: MY GENTLE DETOX:) I always read the reviews on any product first, and I spent almost an hour reading the AMAZING reviews on Amazon. Praying, this would work, I ordered 2 bottles, since you need to take one daily, from a 30 pills bottle. Bloated and cramps
Did not work as described. Terrible stomach cramps, then diarrhea. I took for 10 days thinking it might level out (directions say take one a night for 14 days) but supposed to work the first night. Felt terrible the whole time. Bad part is on the company website it says money back guarantee but through Amazon it’s non returnable. Don’t waste your money.

Gentle not
This review is for my body type everyone will react differently. I stopped being able to go at 81. I mean stopped dead. I had to use enemas. I tried bowel cleans after cleans both ones from pharma and supplements. Nothing worked. When I found this it only had 4 stars and was going to pass it by but I liked the reviews and tried it. Gentle it said, well it not only worked it forced me to go 4 or 5 times after taking this, about 8 hours later. Thank God all within 2 hours.I was empty. The poop was really soft but under diarrhea consistency. It was not like the poops of old, but I went. My gentle detox, not so much. .Guess I should give this I have no experience with taking 2 pills but I would imagine there are people who might need that. Good luck.PSWent from 5 stars to 4 stars. Still works but after a month or so I needed 2 pills instead of 1/2 or one. I’m worried what will happen in another month. Will two pills hold?PPSNo the two pills still work but not nearly as well so disappointed.I’m now using “Professional Cleans” now called “15 day cleanse” works well but again I need two pills although it says one to two.I just got a cat scan no results yet. My doctor is thinking some kind of obstruction in which case it’s not the pills.
