I am SO glad I came upon these! I have been an early riser pretty much all my teen & adult life! (like 4 am/5-7 days a week)!!! I can fall asleep exhausted when I go to bed, but staying asleep has never been easy!! I have been prescribed meds from MD before but they made me sick to my stomach, groggy during the next day or didn’t help at all! I have followed every suggestion made, I have no TV in my bedroom,temperatures of cooler or warmer, special blankets, eye masks, blackout curtains, spa music machine & on an app on my phone & no pop, coffee or tea with caffeine daily after noon-1pm daily, & listen to several people’s suggestions for many years but nothing really worked to get me to stay asleep longer than two-three hrs a night & not feeling totally run down during the next day or days!!I have researched & read all the reviews & decided to give these a try! I purchased these & I am so happy I did! 10 milgms of Melatonin & I wasn’t sure how it would effect me so I would just bite a half of it & and it has worked great! Night shift nurse essential
Started working night shifts and this helped me flip my schedule fast! I use it to flip myself back to days when I’m off a need to be up in the mornings.It also helped me get used to sleeping during the day. It’s actually TOO strong. I would take one before I jumped in the shower then would fall asleep almost instantly after laying down and would stay asleep until 5pm.I started taking half of the gummy so I could actually wake up in time to go to the gym. Like I said previously, it helps me also switch my sleep schedule back to days. I’ll pop half of one before bed and will fall asleep and stay asleep until it’s time to wake up.Legit my holy grail for getting some decent sleep and staying asleep!

I was skeptical at first — I’ve tried melatonin before and it either didn’t work or made me feel groggy the next day. But these Natrol gummies have been surprisingly great.I usually take two about 30 minutes before bed, and they help me wind down without feeling drugged or knocked out. The flavor’s pretty good too — kind of like a mild strawberry candy — and they’re easy to chew.What I really like is that I fall asleep faster and actually stay asleep through the night. I’ve been waking up feeling way more rested, which wasn’t happening before. No weird dreams or next-day fog either.If you’ve had a hard time with sleep and want something gentle that actually works, these are worth trying.

Please make a SUAGR free version. The mount of sugar in these things is nauseating. We don’t need sugar to fall asleep. It’s a big counter intuitive. Just make a plan version please.

Works good when I wake up can’t go back to sleep have nausea. Or when I can’t fall a sleep or the night medicine is taking to long to fall a sleep. I usually take one or take two to get good sleep.
