My mens multivitamin doesn’t have enough magnesium. Having this helps out with my muscles with aching and the pain. I feel like I don’t get sore as much with this supplement. I would recommend.

Helps metabolize my vitamin D
Helps me go to the bathroom, that’s why I buy oxide, but oxide isn’t the most absorbable form of magnesium so I also take a chelated form of magnesium because I also take vitamin D & you can’t take one without the other, just at different times of the day, D in the day, magnesium before bedtime. Price is a tad high for mag ox so I will probably stick to buying it from reputable vitamin stores online whenever they have sales.

Tengo calambres debilitantes en las manos por la noche debido a que estoy tomando medicamentos adyuvantes contra el cáncer que reducen el estrógeno. Estas pastillas de magnesio ayudan si las tomo constantemente por la noche. Fácil de tragar incluso sin la cápsula de cubierta “plástica” y sin regusto extraño a magnesio.
