Don’t believe the hype.
I gave it five stars, so that someone might actually read this review. The first ingredient is sugar. It had such a higher rating that I figured it must do something, they didn’t do anything. They didn’t make my nails grow, and I have given it over 2 months, my nails remained brittle and my hair didn’t grow any more than it normally would. Really bummed.

Game changer for hair, nails and skin
I lost all my hair 2024 and it started coming back Jan 2025. I take three at night and I believe it is helping my hair regrowth. My nails get long every week and a half. And the best part is in the morning, my face looks fresh. For women who are doing fillers in their face, they might want to try this vitamin. I’ve been asked a few times at the gym by strangers, how old I am and if I’ve gotten work done! Then again, I’m in Arizona. They’re quite superficial here.

I use this because I wanted to grow my hair out and it was something easy. And it works. It’s really effective. I have baby hairs poking out all over the top of my head. The flavor is not too bad either. And I got it on sale so watch out for those.

I don’t everrr write reviews but these are def 10/10 recommended, I was dealing with postpartum hair loss and nothing was working I only took these for 3 days before my hair stopped falling out almost completely !
