I’ve always taken hair, skin and nails gummies from this brand and I’ve always liked them. These smell fruity and have a sweet taste. No issue swallowing as they’re gummies. I just started taking them about a week ago but I do hope it helps to boost hair growth.

On the tough side
The only reason I gave these four stars instead of five, is they are hard to chew. The gummys are tough and rubbery. It’s too soon to know if they are helping my nails, or hair, but my skin isn’t as dry, and has a better texture to it. It is supposed to be citrus, and there is a faint orange flavor, but there seems to be a tropical flavor also.

These gummies taste good, serve a good purpose and my nails are stronger. I don’t notice much faster growth. I also don’t see hair help, but menopause is messing with my hair. They do not have any negative side effects and I don’t take with food. The directions say to make sure you chew them thoroughly. The size of the gummies is nice because they are easy to chew 2 at a time.

Taking it since 28 May. So its been 21 days until today.Im writing this with extreme disappointment. My skin has gone way worse. Makeup is not able to hide the major marks, spots and breakouts and pimples i am having. No change in nails or hair. Way worse.Im thinking to continue until i finish the bottle but im super scared because the side effects of diarrhea and acidity were all happening to me and is still happening to me till this day. If your okay to suffer for experiments you should buy this product otherwise its a MAJOR MAJOR NO from me and my horrible experience.
