Good anziolytic effects for an herb
I don’t write reviews for all my supplements because I take too many and it would be to cut time-consuming but I think it’s worth mentioning on this one that I feel a very noticeable effect from taking this, there is a sedative element but also an anziolytic element that is pretty powerful. So for those who struggle with anxiety but are looking for something that is an alternative to getting on an SSRI or something similar, I definitely would recommend trying this.

Big strong man!
I added Ashwagandha root to my daily supplement regimen for its claim to aid with male sexual health. It’s difficult to really give definitive testimony whether something works or not. Especially because there are so many other factors that might contribute to one’s health. I will say that I have noticed some improvement in my vitality with my current daily supplement load. I suppose that’s as close as you can get to a recommendation.

Misleading dosage
I’m a little conflicted. I like that there are no fillers and the price is right…till you realize you should be taking 3 a day not 1 as the bottle states. When you figure in the 3 a day, it’s not that great of a deal
