The taste of this product is nice as many reviewers mentioned. It is my first experience taking melatonin and it worked as the product said. I could feel the effect of the product very quickly, 4 minutes at the most. And from there it was a subtle but effective feeling of being relaxed. The night I took it was a night I felt I would have normally been a bit “wired” and unable to relax for sleep. This kind of shut all that down enough to get to bed at a reasonable time. I took one gummy and felt more ready for sleep but not an overwhelming feeling of drowsiness. I woke up feeling a bit tired but I feel I could have taken it earlier to allow myself a better nights sleep. This is something I would buy again and suggest to others assuming it is in line with their health needs.

It works and tastes great. Sometimes it makes me feel drowsy though (which I don’t like), but I knockout quickly. My spouse, however, doesn’t seem to experience the drowsiness but it seems to help him stay asleep most days. Overall, it works, the effectiveness will just depend on the person.

Be careful…..
Warning: don’t take these continuously. Just occasionally, as needed. Melatonin is not meant to be habitual.I liked these in the beginning…took for several weeks. I liked the way I fell right to sleep, plus felt refreshed in the mornings. However I agree with others…they do cause some very crazy/vivid dreams.But they later also caused ongoing diarrhea. It took me a bit to pinpoint and realize it was the gummies. Maybe it was my own fault for taking them every day. But no longer…I’m done with sleep gummies.
