Be consistent and you’ll see great results!
Highly recommend! But can I suggest you need to be consistent when taking these and I recommend taking them before you eat in the morning only. If you take them later in the day they may cause issues with sleep. If you’re consistent taking these they work really really well. If you miss a day consider it restarting. Take it everyday at the same time. Hope that makes sense and helps. Things i noticed after a week of consistency: regular bowel movements everyday, an uptick in energy levels, I take magnesium at night and feel like with the combination I sleep a whole lot better, regularity in mood swings (I know weird), and many other things… good stuff! Highly recommend.

GASSY AT FIRST BUT 100% WORTH IT
When I started taking this probiotic, I would get VERY VERY gassy. Once the gas subsided — which took about a week — I started noticing the benefits. I’ve been taking it every day for less than a month, and trips to the bathroom are now so much easier. Additionally, I don’t seem to crave food as much during the day.The cost is expansive, I totally get it, but the results are totally worth it. If you can stomach the cost & are ready to persevere through the gas, this probiotic works very well.
