If I could do half stars, I’d rate these a 4.5 but I think too highly of this candy to round down to 4 stars. I’ll start with the cons cuz it’s a shorter and more nitpicky list: the color is much more green than blue and the flavor isn’t quite blue raspberry. Also “super sour” is a little generous. There’s tanginess for sure, but they aren’t quite as sour as Sour Patch Kids for example. Not that there’s no sourness, but as a huge sour candy lover, it’s a slight downgrade from regular unhealthy sour candies and CERTAINLY moreso than any candies labeled “super sour”.Now for the pros: DELICIOUS candy. I was expecting there to be some sort of “healthy” after taste or synthetic flavor – not at all!! (Aside from not being as sour) these taste almost exactly like Sour Patch Kids. Same gummy texture as well. I had done a decent bit of research before purchasing and had seen all the highly positive reviews but still had my reservations about a sugar free, fat free candy actually still tasting like regular candy. Genuinely surprised how good these are. Totally exceeded my expectations. I’m also a type 2 diabetic and my skepticism also had me prepared to see huge sugar spikes after eating these, but yet again I’m happy to be wrong. I had a pack last night after work having not eaten anything in 4+ hours and there was definitely still a spike (18 points) an hour later, but glucose levels returned to normal after another hour as they do with most foods I eat. Similar results again this morning, having a pack 1 hour after eating breakfast.I’ll double check with my nutritionist and update my review as needed and part of me feels like with how amazing this candy tastes, there’ll be one of those “you are entitled to compensation” commercials 10 years down the road, but for now I would highly recommend these to anybody. Fresh, tasty, high fiber, no fat or sugar, guilt free snacking.

Tasty gummies
These are my favorite candy right now , very low sugar and high fiber, making my weight loss easy with curbing my sweet tooth! They taste great and are soft gummies!All though pricy , these are so worth the money, even got my Mother hooked on them !!

These sour gummies are so deliciousand satisfying I cannot believe there is this much fiber in them. For someone who reaches for chewy candies at night, it’s the perfect balance of low calories and much needed high fiber!

Pretty tasty low-carb snack
I’m diabetic and have been trying to do better with watching my sugar intake. And of course, I have a sweet tooth. So when I saw these gummies, I wanted to give them a try. And it didn’t hurt that they were on sale at the time.The gummies are actually pretty good. I thought they were soft, but didn’t get stuck in my teeth, which is always a positive when it comes to gummies. They are fresh and I loved the variety of flavors. I found that they didn’t spike my blood sugar, which was also a plus. Honestly, the only downside is that the box only has 6 single serving packs and the box isn’t exactly cheap. I mean, roughly $3.00 per serving in a bit steep for a small snack. But I can totally see myself getting the variety pack again, I just might wait for another sale.

Tasty but dangerous!
Absolutely love these gummies! They’re so so tasty. My only issue is how much they make your stomach hurt 😔.The sugar content is excellent, I love how there’s barely any added sugar and it’s mostly just fiber in terms of carbs. They’re not too hard, texture is great, and they overall look and taste exactly like normal sugary gummies!But due to the high levels of fiber and sugar alcohol, if you eat just one pack, get ready to have your stomach gurgling all day and making constant trips to the restroom. I could only have 5 before my stomach started brewing up a storm. Still great if you’re constipated or just need to get your fiber in…

Pleasantly Surprised!
If you love Swedish Fish & Sour Patches like I do, then you’ll really like these as an alternative. Perfect mix of sweet and sour. Light on the calories and sugar, hard on the fiber. Pricey, so I don’t know if I’d do the Subscribe & Save thing, but I’d definitely reorder this and try other flavors.

A delicious candy with no guilt!
A delicious snack that scratches the candy craving! I got the watermelon flavor and I really like it! I wish they had a larger bag at a discounted price but other than that I have absolutely no complaints. And that’s not really a complaint because the price isn’t really that bad considering it’s so dang healthy. I believe there are about 18 pieces in each bag.It says the whole bag is only 70 calories , it also havs 26g of dietary fiber which is pretty amazing, and there’s just no way I would eat this whole bag in one sitting , well I probably could but I won’t.😉It really looks like there’s nothing really bad in these and the flavor and sweet tartness is really good! I highly recommend!

Not Sour At All, But Good
These taste great. Good portion size for the super low calories per package. However, these are not even slightly sour. They almost have these figured out. If they could just get the sour taste on the outside, like Smart Sweets does, these would be perfect.
