    Wonderful to have them all in one book.
    I didn’t know much about Dr. Sebi before, but this guide made sure to introduce him to me. Detoxing, fasting, herbs, and eating alkaline are somethings I wanted to have knowledge about and it wonderful to have them all in one book. And there’s recipes too, ain’t that a package. I do feel lighter and a bit more energetic when I tried detoxing so having more knowledge about how I can improve is good.

In order to do this, we should avoid processed food and eat natural plant-based food. The stomach is acidic to break down food, but the blood is slightly alkaline. The body needs to maintain a balance with an alkaline diet to keep everything in working order. To keep our bodies running smoothly, we should stick to foods that benefit our health, like leafy greens, fruits, nuts, and vegetables. Herbs are also essential to good health. Aside from being packed with useful information for all ages, this book provides DIY directions for making our capsules and teas. To help get started, a four-week meal plan with detailed recipes is included. There is too much information to remember between the pages, but I will keep this well-written book and use it often as a reference manual. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a healthier lifestyle.

Of course, we all feel sick at some point and don’t know how to heal ourselves unless we visit a doctor. The book refers to beverages made from the leaves of the plants. Infusions are made by steeping various plant parts—leaves, flowers, roots, or seeds—in hot water. The difference lies in the ingredients: all teas are infusions, but not all are teas. Both infusions and teas are great for staying hydrated and providing you with natural health. In my opinion about this, if I were to partake in this beverage, I would prefer to consult a doctor if this substance is right for me. Of course, if you don’t research the instructions, it may harm your health. The steps in choosing the right herbs are as follows: some energize, some relax your mind, and others boost your immune system.A picture on the cover looks like cherries, but it’s actually Sarsaparilla, which Dr. Sebi suggests for its blood-purifying and detoxifying properties. Sarsaparilla is also known for boosting the immune system and relieving joint pain due to its anti-inflammatory properties. This could work for children, but as I mentioned, it’s better to consult a doctor before distributing Sarsaparilla Infused Oil for Skin Irritations. Sarsaparilla-infused oil is an excellent remedy for soothing skin irritations such as eczema, rashes, and minor cuts in children. This natural oil can help reduce inflammation and promote healing, making it ideal for sensitive young skin. To prepare sarsaparilla-infused oil, place chopped sarsaparilla root in a jar and cover it with a carrier oil like olive or coconut oil. Let the mixture sit for several weeks, shaking it occasionally. All this is great to know, and the author did a great job summarizing them in the list.

    Look, we all know Dr Sebi was a quack. That’s not to say that some of his witch doctor ideas didn’t have some merit. Some of the alkaline food ideas are quite interesting, and while it’s obviously ridiculous to claim to cure cancer or diabetes with this approach, the dieting and fresh food philosophy is inspiring. Again, most of Dr Sebi’s advice has been clearly debunked and disproven, but I do recommend we all look into his alkaline dieting advice, as those recipes are fire.
