    I have all of these books, packed full of knowledge. I even took the online course for the extra knowledge. These are easy to understand, full of pictures and recipes.

    So far, I am loving this book. It has some really good guides on what to eat as well as lifestyle choices to support any ailments you may be dealing with of course for large or dangerous illnesses. I’ll continue to seek advice from Western medicine practices. However, it’s nice to feel like I have some agency in supporting minor illnesses at home holistically.

    I learned about this book from a friend who loaned me a copy. What I read made sense in relation to what I understand about health and natural approaches to well being.I ended up ordering my own copy and am so happy it showed up much bigger than I expected.I noticed in reviews that some people commented about small sizes and I think if you just order the default listing here you’ll get this big one that seems to be around 8×11.
